The double room was comfy. Climate control and flat-screen TV were a very nice touch. the hotel was in a particularly good location, really close to the lagoon. It was near palms and banana trees- really beautiful, the center of Bacalar, and Bacalar, Mexico.

The hotel was lovely, liked garden view from our a double room. The room we had included climate control and flat-screen TV. It was next to palms and banana trees-really beautiful and the lagoon and square, comfy and unbeatable location overall. We had goodies and coffee at Mango y Chile, it was located really close to the venue.

The stay of 3 nights was possibly the best and outstanding. the rooms were beautiful and amazingly comfortable with climate control and multi-channel television. - the personnel were very very helpful. - the bed was great. - the building was lovely, and the location was comfortable, close to palms and banana trees.

The room was beautiful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to have a good rest. the location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, with Canal Piratas just a 10-15 minutes walk away from the hotel. - the hotel was surrounded by beautiful palms, banana trees, and the lagoon, creating a picturesque setting.

Lovely bungalows in lush jungle surroundings, comfortable beds, unique outdoor bathrooms, perfect location near center and lagoon, helpful and friendly staff, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
